A few;' experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belts will want to make the move from running projects themselves;' to teaching;' coaching and guiding others to do the same. This five-day Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt training course is a mark of career excellence and aimed at individuals who possess exceptional expertise and knowledge of current industry practice. You will need to provide evidence of your history as a successful Black Belt in order to be accepted onto the course. In order to attend you must have previously taken Black Belt training and have a portfolio of successful improvement projects that span at least two years illustrating you have the skills necessary to be an effective Master Black Belt.
