About the course

This unit introduces the concept of Child to Parent Violence a much misunderstood and complex area of child protection and is therefore suitable to a wide range of professionals and families; who work with or support children and young people whose behaviour may cause concern. Please note Adverse Childhood Experiences part 1, Adverse Childhood Experiences part 2 and Challenging, Violent or Aggressive Behaviour (CCVAB) are available as webinar courses.

We offer training and support in a range of ways including Online eLearning units with CPD hours recognised on Certificate of Completion. INSET training for individual schools or cluster groups (half day or whole day) onsite or offsite. National conferences for staff to attend- these are annual conferences hosted at the University of Sunderland in partnership with a wide range of organisations.
