About the CPD course
The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) was set up in 2015 to deliver a set of recommendations for voluntary company financial disclosures of climate-related risks. Since then; organisations have continued to improve financial disclosures related to climate change. This course walks you through the TCFD recommendations and demonstrates ways in which you can embed climate change into your annual reporting cycle.
The Carbon Disclosure Project is a global organization, with regional offices and local partners spanning 50 countries. There are now companies, cities, states and regions from over 90 countries that disclose to CDP. CDP runs the global environmental disclosure system. Each year CDP supports thousands of companies, cities, states and regions to measure and manage their risks and opportunities on climate change, water security and deforestation. Over the last two decades the CDP have created a system that has resulted in unparalleled engagement on environmental issues worldwide.
