About the CPD course

Participants will be brought up-to-date on the key commercial terms within contracts and the processes involved negotiating the optimal value from them. Risk identification, valuation and mitigation strategies will also be discussed. You will learn various commercial negotiating techniques and specific approaches to adopt when negotiating with several parties with different interests such as noc's, IOC, environmental groups, and lenders in large gas projects. Additionally you will learn the aspects of cross cultural communication and negotiation techniques for gas professionals.
