About the CPD course

This course guides attendees through key legal and regulatory issues facing the LNG market in Asia Pacific today; from contracting strategies to policy initiatives and pricing pressures. The complete LNG value chain is explored; with the alignment of upstream; midstream and downstream components and practical examples of integrated LNG import (regasification) and LNG to Power projects. The course leader will provide examples of LNG projects and case studies to help delegates understand the practical implications of different project structures and different business models; as well as risk allocation and risk mitigation strategies under long term and short term LNG contract.
