Making Adjustments – Annual Health Checks

Online Course Gloucstershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust

About the CPD course

Reasonable adjustments are a statutory duty under the Equality Act 2010; which says that “health and social care providers must make reasonable adjustments to remove any barriers – physical or otherwise – that could make it difficult for disabled people to use their services or prevent them from using them altogether. Some adjustments may be simple; others more complex. Each individual is unique and a comprehensive assessment should be carried out to identify their specific areas of need.
