The program consists of young people being a coach’s apprentice at one of our football academies. Our football academies are the hub for players to come in; develop; and experience being part of a reputable football academy. There will be up to 18 beneficiaries per group for 1-2 hours per session. During the course they will learn to teach academy training techniques; and be educated on different areas of work in the football and sports industry; through mentoring and gaining work experience. On completion; apprentices will earn a certificate; a DBS and a reference for future work. The aim is to increase the employability skills of young people and provide them with the tools and experience to integrate into the world of work.
