About the CPD course

The Performance Appraisal suite is made up of three modules. The guide for employees will help members of staff prepare for their meeting and make a full contribution to proceedings; while the managers’ guide provides instruction as to how to plan; prepare and carry out an effective meeting. The final module focuses on the interview itself; and uses video clips of performance appraisal scenarios to illustrate best practice.
