About the CPD course

PM Psychology’s two-day course will introduce participants to the way in which the psychological needs of by parents/carers can affect their interactions and relationships with children and other adults. Day 1 focuses on the knowledge needed to recognise when someone is experiencing mental health issues and explores way to support and work with those with difficulties. Day 2 introduces participants to issues relating to individual differences in cognitive functioning; personality and attachments and considers how individual differences affect behaviours. The emphasis throughout is on knowledge and skills that will support participants in their everyday professional life.
