About the CPD course

This course will provide team leaders or direct service managers an extended understanding of the principles of PBS and the skills and tools to embed those values through robust practice leadership. The course includes Active Support and coaching modules and person-specific assessments to ensure that people are leading full and enriched lives; supported by capable teams.
