About the CPD course

The Positive Leadership Module contains 15 lessons divided into two separate yet inter-related categories – Self and Me & Others. The intention is to provide leaders and aspiring leaders with an opportunity to focus on developing and enhancing their own self-awareness before focusing on building their awareness of their influence on others. We develop leaders who are role models for a conscious; positive way of life as they work diligently to manage the complexity of overcoming the inherent barriers. We believe that through the framework of Positive Leadership we develop adaptive; resilient and innovative leaders necessary for today’s world.
