About the CPD course

This course is for anyone who wants to reflect on psychological approaches and attitudes regarding emotional processing and understanding behaviours that may be viewed as challenging. The day gives opportunities to explore dynamics in relationships and messages of behaviour. This experiential learning day aims to develop confidence and knowledge in understanding and managing emotions and behaviours that may be challenging. Expect to share and explore a variety of approaches; strategies; tools; techniques for meeting emotional needs. Person Centred Planning Tools and Techniques will be shared as ways to bring out the best in people and to support understanding of behaviours. 9.30 to 4.30 7th May; and 15th November; 2019; The Goldsmith Centre; Tamworth; Staffs.
