About the CPD course
As a pa working in private equity or venture capital, you are in a position of immense responsibility supporting high-level directors and senior managers, and your performance plays a pivotal role on how well they are able to do theirs. It requires a proactive approach, understanding their needs and knowing how to manage your manager. This two day interactive and practical course focuses on the role of a PA or EA working in private equity and venture capital firms, why the PA or EA role is different when working in this sector, and how you can best support your manager. This course covers everything from influencing skills, assertiveness training, reading body language and setting objectives.
