About the course
Are you concerned about your weight? That can be a good thing! Making small changes over time to develop healthy eating habits has positive effects on your daily activities; mood; and your overall health as you age. This course will teach you how to use food-tracking strategies to find danger spots in your eating routine and make a plan for changing them. It shows you how to creatively cut calories while still enjoying the foods you like to eat. This course is not intended to replace individual medical advice.
