    Linked Up is our new Domestic Abuse Awareness Training and Resource. Help reduce domestic abuse in teenage relationships by undertaking our full-day staff training session and learn how to deliver a 6 week programme directly to young people at risk. The aim is to raise awareness of peer-on-peer abuse and domestic abuse; focussing on the experience for young people and the additional barriers they face. This full-day course is interactive and activity based. Designed to support staff and young people in schools; residential settings; social care; amongst others; to identify signs and risk factors and to enable young people to be better informed; to make healthier choices and know where to access support.

    Friend or Foe

    ‘Friend or Foe?’ is our resource and training package designed to equip staff to deliver the training to colleagues and young people and help prevent Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). Whether you work in Education; Social Care; Youth Work; Housing; Homeless Support; Youth Offending or Faith and Community Sectors (among others) this course is a necessity. The full colour training pack includes: A 14 session group work programme which builds a comprehensive programme on Healthy Relationships; Risk; CSE and E-Safety. 10 exercises that can be delivered one-to-one with young people who are vulnerable to; or experiencing CSE.30 Flash Cards to support work with young people who speak English as a second language or who have Special Educational Needs. A CD containing easy to print versions of all activities.

    Professional Boundaries is a new training opportunity from Sheffield Futures. Building trust and mutual respect in working relationships is key but how do we do this and maintain the healthy boundaries that protect young people we work with and ensure that we can deliver a quality service in a caring way? What are our duties? Why do we need them? Who is responsible for setting boundaries? This course is for any agency/organisation who wants to increase their knowledge of professional Boundaries and to explore the professional/client relationship.
