A series of 4 webinars to discuss how doctors and healthcare professionals can be supported throughout their careers and particularly during the current pandemic. Topics will include mental health issues such as stress; anxiety and depression; as well as the importance of mentorship; professionalism; continuous medical education training and assessment. The 4 webinar topics will be; Disproportionate impact of Covid-19 on BAME doctors; Addressing short and long term mental health issues; Evidence on inequalities in health and Covid-19; Professionalism and mentorship. The webinars will be 45 mins in length followed by 15 mins Q&A with the audience.
