This is a 2 part workshop ; with a 45 minute pre-recorded webinar ; followed by a 1 hour live Q&A Session. This workshop will allow innovators to learn more about what a business case is ; what is its purpose and why is it so important? As well as who reviews the business case and how is it evaluated? And finally how to construct a good business case.
