Aneemo staff training and development company was established by Dr Emma Williamson (Principal Clinical Psychologist) to deliver high-quality web-based and
face-to-face training for the voluntary, health and social care sectors working with those with complex needs. Passionately working across organisational boundaries to develop new approaches for addressing health inequalities, Dr Williamson has a national reputation as a leader in the development and delivery of Psychologically Informed Environments and Mental Health support to homeless and complex needs populations.

  • A Risky Business

    This course will support frontline staff to develop skills in working with those who pose a risk to themselves and/or others. Here you will learn how to understand; recognise; assess and work with different types of risk (including violence and suicidality); as well learning about how to work with deliberate self-harm and supporting the adoption of alternative self-soothing and emotion regulation strategies.

This course aims to build awareness of the key issues around Safeguarding Adults; enhancing confidence in knowing ones responsibilities; how to recognise when an adult may be at risk; how to raise concerns and the support and guidance available. It is important that everyone feels confident and equipped in responding to safeguarding concerns and this course aim to deliver this through engaging expert videos; clinical case examples; quizzes; exercises; downloadable tools and materials.

  • Strengths-Based Approaches

  • Piece of the PIE: Developing your Psychologically Informed Environment
