At Cambridge Leadership Academy, we are committed and driven to empowering and equipping youths and young adults regardless of their background with the keys, practical skills, and resources needed to maximise all their potential, achieve ‘real’ success, and lead successfully in their chosen endeavour in the 21st century.

  Cambridge Leadership Academy (CLA) is a Community Interest Organization that specializes in leadership; entrepreneurship; personal and professional development. Our 1-week programmes are designed to boost participants into leadership roles that will change their lives and that of their community. The Cambridge Leadership Academy format includes small group discussions; hands-on service learning experiences and exercises. Dynamic keynote speakers present topics designed to enable participants to identify their own particular leadership strengths. Participants are encouraged to identify personal goals and a commitment to Leadership.
