The Efficio Academy was established to address changing procurement requirements, and help businesses attract, develop and retain talent. Serving as an extended training arm for your procurement requirements, the Academy offers a suite of trainings for the procurement practitioner covering a range of analytical, procurement and business or soft skills required. We provide clients the same trainings delivered to our consultants, who we nurture into procurement experts.
All our trainers are consultants who bring extensive experience of developing innovative and strategic solutions to every day challenges faced by procurement practitioners. They regularly update material in line with industry developments and make the trainings practical through case studies positively impacting the trainee’s business as usual activities.

    Procurement Analytics Part 1 aims to improve the Excel skills of the attendee through 4 sessions – see list below. Session 1: What is Excel?; Session 2: The Basics – Formulae & Tables; Session 3: Taking Formulae Further; Session 4: Complex Formulae & Making Excel Powerful. Session 1 introduces Excel and its functionality whilst sessions 2; 3 and 4 build on this basic knowledge to gradually teach more complex formulae and tools that are necessary for a procurement practitioner. All 4 sessions are supplemented with exercises which apply the methods taught to ensure they are embedded.
