    The purpose of this workshop is to raise awareness of conflict resolution techniques. The workshop enables delegates understand conflict; recognise different types of conflicts and gain knowledge on ways of dealing with conflicts

  • Outstanding Customer Service

    Workshop | First4Health Consultancy Services

    This workshop constructively challenges delegates understanding of customer service and their customer service skills. In so doing the workshop will equip delegates with new approaches and assist them to identify and develop their own customer service skills potential.

  • Telephone Handling Techniques

    The workshop explores telephone communication and establishes methods and approaches to effective telephone handling.

  • The Functional Chaperone

    The purpose of this workshop is to equip delegates with the knowledge and skills required to be a ‘functional’ formal chaperone in a Healthcare environment such as General Practice.

  • Care Navigation - Silver

    Training Course | First4Health Consultancy Services

    This training aligns to the Health Education England Care Navigation competency framework. It equips learners with the enhanced knowledge and skills for care navigation – silver level. Also; known as Social Prescribing. Silver level Care Navigators have greater autonomy; provide one on one support; set goals with patients/clients. This training is appropriate for General Practice staff; Voluntary and Community Sector staff/volunteers who spend or will spend a proportion of their time supporting patients/clients make positive health and wellbeing decisions; as well as navigating to the right support.

  • Care Navigation - Bronze

    Training Course | First4Health Consultancy Services

    This training aligns to the Health Education England Care Navigation competency framework. It equips learners with the essential knowledge and skills for care navigation – bronze level. Also; known as Active Signposting in General Practice. This training is appropriate for General Practice staff; Voluntary and Community Sector staff/volunteers who spend or will spend a proportion of their time signposting patients/clients to the right support.

  • Care Navigation - Gold/Champion

    Training Course | First4Health Consultancy Services

    This training aligns to the Health Education England Care Navigation competency framework. It equips learners with the knowledge and skills to act as champions for care navigation. Gold level care navigators support other care navigators. This training is appropriate for General Practice staff; Voluntary and Community Sector staff/volunteers who will act as champions for care navigation and have either attended the bronze or silver level training or can demonstrate their competence.
