Organisation Description

Full Circle Partnership Ltd offers a host of services to enhance the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people. From one to one and small group work to whole school assemblies, we aim to support children, young people and families to identify internal strengths and promote resilience by tailoring programmes to meet individual needs.

We are proud to deliver Safeguarding Children training to the meet the needs of professionals specifically working with children and young people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Our training meets and exceeds the recommended content included within the ‘Training Content Checklist’ provided annually by the Nottingham City Children’s Safeguarding Board and Nottinghamshire Children’s Safeguarding Board.

Training is designed to ensure that safeguarding and promoting the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people is at the heart of practice at all times.

  • Safeguarding Children

    Training Course | Full Circle Partnership Ltd

    Recognise and respond effectively to signs and indicators of child abuse and neglect; understand early intervention (including theory and practice); consider the child’s voice; handle disclosures; learn about confidentiality and consent; understand barriers and challenges in practice; how to work together effectively and recognise when and how to escalate concerns. Designed with over 10 years of ‘on the ground’ experience and working with some of the most challenging children and young people in Nottingham; this interactive training inspires professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times and to do the right thing.

  • Introduction to Resilience – Children and Young People

    Training Course | Full Circle Partnership Ltd

    The ‘Introduction to Resilience – Children and Young People’ training has been designed to give professionals an understanding of the meaning behind the word; an insight in to the theory of resilience and knowledge of evidence based research. We discuss children and young people’s mental health; risk and protective factors and ways in which we can strengthen internal capacity to cope with adversity. The training is interactive and delegates are given the opportunity to explore current and potential ways of enhancing practice within their environments and share what works for them. Support in building more resilient children and young people; improving overall wellbeing and welfare.
