This course intends to train clients to deliver Mindfulness Based Approaches to those suffering from a variety of physical and psychological health issues; as well as to those wishing to explore ways of managing stress; developing awareness and technique over a 12 week programme. The programme includes 12 Hour training sessions; reflective practice; person centred delivery and a final Group Work assessment. This training course will explore the key principles of both approaches to enable trainees to adapt their teaching in order to meet the needs of their course participants.
