Morgan Hunt are passionate about improving the Quality of teaching, training and learning across the Education sector to ensure the best possible outcomes for learners. To back up this passion Morgan Hunt developed a Morgan Hunt Quality team to ensure that candidates working in education have the support, development and understanding required to be outstanding through regular and targeted Continual Professional Development (CPD).

Morgan Hunt develop and run CPD courses focussed on developing the skills required to be ‘Outstanding’ in the modern Education environment. Their courses are tailored to address current topical issues in the sector and are constantly improving the courses on offer to make sure they are up to date with current OFSTED standards and expectations.

    This one day course will provide participants with the opportunity to review their own practice against the new Ofsted descriptors and to plan to further improve the experience of their learners.

  • Promoting Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding for Teachers

    This one day session will Identify and define the responsibilities for teachers and trainers for safeguarding and equality and diversity and the current legal and procedural obligations.

  • New Ofsted Focus: Raising Standards of Tutorials

  • Managing Challenging Behaviours

The session is designed to explore the importance of customer service within all organisations and develop knowledge and understanding of successful customer service practices and key strategies on how to build rapport and deal with challenging situations effectively.

    This course aims to give a basic understanding of simple workplace ICT principles to learners who may not currently have the ICT skills required for the modern workplace. The course covers basic Windows and Microsoft program operations and looks at using the computer top send emails; print and save documents.

  • Universal Credit – A General Update and How It May Affect Your Job

    This 2 ? hr course aims to outline and explain the recent changes to Universal Credit and help learners identify how these changes may affect their job. The course is aimed at housing support and social services employees who regularly deal with customers whom will be effected by Universal Credit Changes.
