Seminar | Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising

In the earlier days of advertising celebrated at the Museum; words had a magical allure. Copywriters were expected to write compelling stories in simple press ads; which took both stamina and craft skill. Today; some would argue we live today in a world of visual overload. So is there a danger the importance of great copy gets overlooked? In this practical workshop you will discover the evolution of copywriting in branding and undertake practical activities for discussion and critique. Phil Woodford is director of Here Comes The Cavalry Ltd and Course Director at the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
