My Aerial Home (MAH) is an aerial training school offering excellent facilities and training for anyone and everyone who wants to learn aerial circus skills for fitness, fun or for professional development.
Based in Sydenham, South East London, MAH offers regular classes, short courses, masterclasses and bespoke training, and works with the very best trainers both nationally and internationally. The school believes that its students should be the best they can be, and attracts an eclectic mix of participants from around the world. MAH has created work for Naughty Boy at the MOBOs, Harrods magazine “Shoe Heaven” and “Circus” shoots and regularly trains artists for a multitude of cruise lines and event companies.

  Air. A beginner’s aerial course to teach the basics of aerial silks; hoop and Spanish web for the commercial market. This course is also suitable for improving aerialists who want to develop their skills and repertoire. This course is also accessible for fitness professionals and people training pole to introduce them to aerial circus skills.

  My Aerial Home

  My Aerial Home’s Essential Aerial Foundation course is four weeks of intensive training in a multitude of aerial skills with ground-based support classes. Participants can take it as a standalone course or as a development from the Dancers Intensive course. Suitable for aerialists; dancers; gymnasts and people with a good level of pole training who want to increase their aerial skills. The course runs Monday to Thursday with optional personal training day on Fridays. Professional pictures and a videoed performance are included in the fee.
