This course provides a thorough introduction of how to sketch accurate domestic floor plans for estate and marketing agents. The module gives an overview of the techniques required for sketching the relevant detail before going on to show how to produce a professional digitised floor plan.

Asbestos Awareness

Aimed at workers who may at some point come in contact with asbestos. This module is the perfect training for an in-depth understanding of asbestos. This online course can also be taken as 1 hrs CPD (continuing professional development) or simply as a training module. NB. Working with asbestos requires certification through a recognised UKATA training course; this module provides a broader awareness of asbestos.

Understanding a Domestic EPC

This module has been produced to help with the understanding and explanation of domestic Energy Performance Certificates to those currently residing within a dwelling or those looking to purchase or rent. This module is aimed as a refresher to Domestic Energy Assessors; or to those within the property sector wanting to get a better understanding of EPCs.
