Hazmat 1st Response
Training Course | Ricardo Energy and Environment
Hazmat 1st Response is designed to ensure effective communication happens between the ‘experts’ (those providing the technical information on the substance) and those dealing with the incident; the emergency services. In the event of a chemical incident; the emergency services; most often the fire and rescue service; will be looking for information about the substance(s) involved. Specifically; they would most like to speak to the manufacturers or suppliers of the substance as they are likely to know the most about it.
-
Crisis Management Training
Training Course | Ricardo Energy and Environment
Ricardo’s training seeks to develop the non-technical skills required to operate successfully in high risk situations such as major incidents or crises. These are leadership; decision making; situational awareness; communication and emotional resilience; all of which are critical to effectively managing and responding to crises. The course will explore the theory behind these non-technical disciplines; then allow delegates to practice and develop them in various challenging desktop scenarios.
