SMP Compliance Academy is an online training platform for today’s digital and land based gaming professionals. A platform conceived, designed and written by gaming professionals – compliance and regulatory specialists immersed in the operational issues directors, executives and operators face in their day to day roles.

Offering courses for Executives, PML Holders and Operators across multiple jurisdictions, the Academy can be delivered to individuals and teams or as a white label, branded platform or linked via API to a learning management system as an Enterprise solution. The platform is compatible with pc, tablet and mobile devices.

  • Remote Technical Standards Training - UK - Executive

    As part of compliance to the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP); section 2.3; operators are required to adhere to the Commission’s technical standards and with the requirements set by the Commission relating to the timing and procedures for testing. The Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards (RTS) sets out the software and technical standards issued by the Commission under section 89 and section 97 of the Gambling Act 2005. The RTS also includes security requirements required to be implemented as taken from ISO 27001:2013; published by the British Standards Institute. This course has been designed to educate the reader on the technical requirements which should be integrated into an operator’s gambling platform.
