Speller Metcalfe is a national building contractor founded in 1995 by Steve Speller and Andy Metcalfe – both experienced surveyors who aspired to be at the cutting edge of construction. Under their leadership our Company has now grown to an annual turnover which exceeds £120 million working on projects across the public and private sectors including education healthcare and affordable housing.

    The Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS) is designed for Site Supervisors and Site Managers and aims to enable them to understand the environmental impacts of construction processes; to understand the relevant legislation and how to regulate it; to understand how to achieve compliance and to understand best practice techniques to use on site.
