Our 0-19 service brings together the care which was previously provided by health visitors, school nurses and the Family Nurse Partnership Programme (for first time teenage Mums).
Working with other agencies, our aim is to:
- Provide parents with the advice and support they need to make sure their children make progress in their development, keep healthy and stay safe – Promote health and healthy lifestyles through our work in schools and provide advice and support for young people.
