    This course aims to raise awareness and equip managers with the knowledge of mental health issues in the workplace and how they may affect employees. The employer has a duty of care to look after the wellbeing of employees and this course will teach managers an understanding of what mental health is; a basic knowledge of some of the common causes or mental health issues and how to deal with certain issues. Additionally; time is spent providing managers with the confidence to deal with mental health issues and where to sign post colleagues who may need further support.
