Woolston Well Being
I created Woolston Well Being following my 4 years training and qualification as a therapeutic counsellor. I decided to focus upon Good Mental Health Education, which has become my specialist subject, because it had become apparent the majority of issues clients had were very much based on their perspective. My opinion is that everyone can feel better about themselves, and handle their relationships with others better, with specific knowledge and coaching. So, with this in mind I developed a portfolio of creative and dynamic talks/workshops, focussing on the subject of Emotional Health and Well Being. I offer one to one coaching also. In essence the intention of my work is to help others handle life’s ongoing difficulties, to help understand the dynamics of relationships and examine how we view ourselves in relation to others, and more. To help create a more robust and resilient self-reliant individual.
Woolston Well Being is big enough to handle organisations large and small...and small enough to care about the Well Being of every client.
