During the session participants will share cross-organizational experiences; engage with accessibility ambassadors and identify 2-3 actionable steps to support neurodiverse colleagues. Content includes legal requirements; language etiquette; neurodiversity definitions; common diagnoses like Autism; ADHD and Dyslexia; immersive sensory overwhelm videos and practical strategies for neurodiverse-friendly working practices. Follow-up materials offer further resources tailored to session discussions promoting ongoing awareness and inclusivity.
