Reasonable Accommodation Training

Reasonable Accommodation training educates participants around best practice employment and service supports to employees and service users with disability. This important training programme is aimed at HR professionals; Access Officers; Disability Liaison Officers; recruitment consultants; managers; business owners and anyone with an interest in a more inclusive service offering. Training gives a solid foundation in the five key areas of reasonable accommodation while also looking at case law and legislation. On completion of this programme participants will have a greater understanding of reasonable accommodation as an increasingly important aspect to Irish business.
