Includes; Legal and Regulatory obligations through the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 including GDPR requirements and how they align to information assets; Risk Management methodology and knowledge of; Data Protection combined for understanding the need and requirement for completing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA); The differences and requirements of Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests and Subject Access Requests (SAR).
