About the CPD course
Many disciplinary situations are straightforward. The employee has done something wrong; the process is followed and an appropriate sanction is given. However; there are always the unusual situations that occur. What happens if an employee goes off sick? What happens if an employee raises a grievance about their line manager part way through the process? In this workshop we will explore how to deal with the tricky situations that can arise from disciplinary actions.
