About the CPD course
A training course providing an introduction to the range of legislation that impacts on controlled waste. This course introduces and explains the legislation that covers the transfer and receipt of wastes including the fundamental principles of duty of care. The course is designed to provide practical guidance on a full range of waste legislation to an introductory level including: definition of waste; duty of care; waste hierarchy; classification of wastes; hazardous waste; extended producer responsibility; and consider a range of different types of wastes. The course will promote discussion in many of the different areas dependent on the delegates needs.
We deliver Waste Management Training courses covering every aspect of the waste industry helping them to remain compliant. We work with many different sectors locally & nationally such as the public sector, Manufacturing, Construction, Nuclear & Energy delivering workshops, one off training courses and delivering large training frameworks.
