CPD training session to provide the skills and understanding enabling attendees to deliver our Moving on Up: Sams Quest Transition Workshop as a train the trainer model. Attendees will learn the main objects of the workshop as well as have an opportunity to share challenges they may encounter to help overcome these. Attendees will become familiar with the course content and overall aim- to normalise childrens anxieties whilst helping them to develop coping strategies related to change during transitions in Y6 and Y7. Attendees will learn how the workshop uses principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and has an educational and interactive approach.
