The How to Be an Effective Trainer course is a comprehensive workshop that provides all the necessary tools for trainers to create and deliver engaging and compelling workshops for trainees. This course focuses on developing the required skills to become an effective trainer including facilitating; performing needs analyses; understanding participantsÂ’ needs; and managing and delivering challenging topics. This workshop provides an effective strategy to equip trainers with an improved knowledge on how to teach others and how to foster a learning environment where trainees feel welcome and encouraged to develop their skills.
