It covers the areas of Leadership & Communication, Patient Service, HR & Performance Management, Financial Management, Operational Performance, Risk Management in Healthcare, Health & Safety & Infection Prevention Control and Quality in Healthcare. The aims of the course are to provide participants with a strong management foundation and practical learning.
