About the CPD course

Is it hard to know what impact you have on others? Can you understand what other people are thinking about you? Do you dread that duel with the office red dragon?! Are you frustrated with other people and their lack of understanding or commitment? Tailored to your experiences; this is a reminder of how to use the Colours Model to flex your behaviour to get more effective results from conversations with colleagues. If you are getting the same results from similar patterns of conversations; this class provides an opportunity to work through adjustments to your own behaviour that may affect a new outcome. Chameleons change colour to hide. We can do it to help others and to help ourselves be seen more successfully.
