About the CPD course

Carl Gustav Jung pioneered ‘typology’ - an interpretive framework to identify people’s behavioural preferences. Building on Jung’s framework and working alongside MBTI (Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator); Amplity Colour Credentials uses a simple colour-based model of behaviours to provide a common language across the organisation. Primary Red: Extroverted Thinking - Goal Focus - Get it Done; Primary Yellow: Extroverted Feeling - Outward Focus - Get Appreciated; Primary Green: Introverted Feeling - People Focus - Get Along; Primary Blue: Introverted Thinking - Inward Focus - Get it Right; This practical workshop takes you through each of the Primary Colours exploring in detail the personality preferences for each. There are a number of exercises looking at the strengths and challenges of each colour; how to manage the different colour types; how to communicate effectively with people from each colour and how to get the best from them.
