About the CPD course

Do you sometimes find yourself doing work that you actually think others could be doing? Do you get to the end of the day and find you have (yet again!) picked up a load of new actions? Are you able to communicate clearly to those who work for you and with you what your expectations are or do you find yourself rescuing the priorities at the last minute to ensure successful delivery? This workshop will concentrate on the mind-set required to delegate effectively for better organisation. The tools covered include effective planning and management processes to enable a consistent approach to reward and recognition as well as performance management of others. The techniques practised are relevant for those who do not have line management responsibility but are leading on projects or have cross-business responsibilities without line manager authority.
