About the CPD course

Insight is gained in how to invest time in activities which will result in the greatest return. You will confidently display new skills which include how to; ‘say no nicely’; be taken seriously; recognise opportunities; prioritise effectively and get things done. This interactive session uses case studies designed for you to review in pairs and agree solutions to seemingly impossible challenges in order to manage time and maintain energy levels. Each pair presents their case study with their agreed priorities and management plan. Personal plans are individually prepared; with the group identifying the pinch points and offering collective; facilitated discussion and solutions. You leave with your newly learned plans to enhance your time and energy.
