About the CPD course

An MSL and an MSL Manager need to be able to operate effectively across all four paradigms of emotional intelligence; self-regard; other regard; self-management; relationship management. This programme will enable all four elements of EQ to be explored ensuring you are able to recognise ‘automatic pilot’ and therefore choose an appropriate response to HCP challenges. As with any ‘soft skill’ the learning and successful implementation relies heavily not just on the individual’s motivation; but on consistent support and follow-through. Therefore; an understanding and ability to ‘lead by example’ at all levels within Medical Affairs will ensure higher chances of sustainable change.
