About the CPD course

One guarantee in life is continual change – how people deal with it in a resilient way is the measure of how successful they are in business. If you are happy in your life generally; confident in your role and have some control over your deliverables; you are better able to deal with change resiliently. There are a number of established tools for describing change; we will use a model of how to anticipate; manage and deal with change. Changing your mind-set about impending change; re-framing your approach and anticipating the positive is a great NLP-based technique for understanding beliefs; managing feelings and therefore changing behaviours.
