“Questions are never indiscreet. Answers sometimes are.” Oscar Wilde. The ability to ask the right questions lies at the heart of effective communication. By employing appropriate questions you can improve a whole range of communications skills; such as gathering better information; gaining valuable insights; building stronger relationships; managing people more effectively and helping others to learn. We will tailor some questioning models to your current work situations and sharpen your skills with specific questioning technique practice and consider how we can engage others in conversation to extend the interaction with limited resources to discuss.
