About the CPD course

The effective use of voice; both in person and in non-face-face scenarios such as telephone; teleconference or WebEx is clearly demonstrated. You are supported to find your voice; and through a series of fun and challenging exercises; develop your voice to achieve greater impact; authenticity and gravitas. Voice recording and playback without video in exercises is used to focus on voice and demonstrate strengths and areas to be developed over the course of the module. Colleague feedback and coaching from an Amplity Performance Coach is provided. You are supplied with an audio copy to listen to afterwards.
