About the CPD course

The learning objectives of the Mental Toughness training is equipping the staff with the resilience to do their jobs and the tools; techniques to improve their performance and support others. Candidates will learn about their own mental resilience through taking in an online psychometric measure; this will provide them with their personal results looking at their confidence; commitment; control and challenge levels. The training will provide them with tools; tips and techniques to develop their mental toughness and resilience levels. This will not only support their personal development and in-role performance but the techniques will be transferable to use in their everyday lives.
